Job role:

    • Sparksupport is seeking like-minded individuals who can visualize and create innovative UI/UX designs for the future. We would like to explore more than the expectations of the client and provide them with versatile designs. We are a passionate team who think bigger, and always try to solve the problems together. At Sparksupport you have a say in every project because you are the designer and even the client wants to listen to your suggestions. We make sure that direct communication is possible for you with the client. As a UX UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. Your most important task is to help your team deliver good software projects and platforms that the whole team is proud of. That can include the following tasks
    • Implementing UI design
    • Advanced problem-solving skills and data optimize
    • Create top-performing interfaces

Technical Skills:

    • Collect/understand/negotiate requirements, constraints (time/technology), and expectations, and independently manage the creation of UI solutions for assigned projects
    • Create UI Solutions in Adobe XD, Figma or similar software
    • Lead the brainstorming with stakeholders for future product/feature ideas, and co-create desirable customer journeys
    • Review and critique solutions to make sure that the UX solutions meet the Group standards
    • Constantly identify areas of improvement in our work process
    • Plan design activities for the assigned project, assign tasks to supporting designers, and agree with the stakeholders for the asset delivery schedule with minimal supervision
    • Negotiate with stakeholders and steer the projects to the right direction from UX perspectives while meeting requirements
    • Manage all the UX activities for the assigned projects while meeting the tight deadline and expectations from stakeholders with minimal supervision
