MBA Marketing + BCA or BSc Computer Science or BTech Computers
Researching online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Understanding of the IT industry and related terminology
Present Sparksupport Infotech(P)Ltd to potential clients through direct communication,telephone,emails.
Will be responsible for B2C and B2B lead generation & closures by fixing appointments,telesales, while providing effective Customer Service
Responsible for providing Customer Service to the client and ensuring all client queries are answered by closing leads
Handle the complete sales cycle, from Lead generation till Collections & getting repeat business from the existing clients.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attend International exhibitions and seminars. Network to generate leads.
Inform clients about new developments in the company products
Developing quotes and proposals
Provide end of day report and any cases that need immediate attention
Strong communication Skills and the ability to fluently communicate in English
Should have working experience in online project bidding portals like upwork (previously odesk, elance) guru etc.
Should know how to market the company services through Linkedin
Must have formal telephonic etiquettes
Should be dynamic, self driven and articulate.
Should be able to adapt a process oriented work style
Ability to work independently and within a team environment to deliver & achieve goals and targets
Ability to stretch one's self and one's work capacity if required to achieve goals
Ability to handle stress & pressure and manage difficult customers and handle objections
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
Excellent time management and organisation
Working knowledge of MS-Office and the basics of computers is a must
